As the Costco food court remains a juggernaut in the fast food industry despite not even being a restaurant, it continues to one-up itself by consistently releasing new food court menu items that seem to never miss. Costco is a wholesale store where many people go to get their groceries and anything else they may need. Costco is just about the only place where you can go get a rotisserie chicken, fresh berries, new car tires, and an ice cream sundae! As you might expect, this brings in many customers from all over. People from Leavenworth to Malaga to Chelan all go to the Costco in East Wenatchee to do their big shopping.
Shopping makes you hungry. This is where the Costco food court comes into play. The food court is exactly what it says it is: a big court after the checkout, where hungry customers can satisfy their cravings, one of which is a sweet treat. And Costco, knowing that, introduced a sweet treat so groundbreaking that people will soon flock to Costco just for it.
Introducing The Caramel Brownie Sundae.
It pairs their famous vanilla soft serve with incredible caramel sauce and is topped with crunchy, full-bodied brownie bits. However, as you probably know, an item can look and sound amazing, but the real test is the taste. And this magical sundae did not disappoint. It was incredible. The sundae paired the sweet and rich ice cream and caramel sauce with very dense, savory brownie bites perfectly. The ice cream was up to par with just about any soft serve on the market, meaning it was really good. That was also the case for the caramel sauce, as it was very good and there was no shortage of it. However, the true star player of this sweet treat was the brownie bites. They were very good with very few weaknesses, and they could potentially pass as homemade.
All in all, the new Costco Caramel Brownie Sundae is a delicious sweet treat, and for the low price of $2.99, it is definitely worth it.
