Cashmere High School has lots of holiday spirit every winter. We do a winter pep week, have fun dress-up days, send cookies to other students, and have a holiday pep assembly! Cashmere students have a lot of spirit, but there could always be more involved.
Freshman Emerson Thompson says, “We wanted to have a Christmas dance, but there weren’t any possible days that could happen with everyone in sports. With that being said, we hope to have a winter/New Year’s dance in January if we can make that happen.” The freshman class has a lot of good ideas for Christmas. Thompson also says, “We’re also planning to do some sort of Christmas daycare at the Vale, where parents can drop their kids off, and the whole council will be there, and Jackson Perry-he’s our vice president-is going to wear a Santa suit and kids can take pictures with Santa and tell him what they want for Christmas.”
The Sophomore class is planning on doing the cookie sales this year, where students can buy a cookie and have it sent to a friend, partner, or teacher of their choice to show appreciation with a sweet treat.

The daycare is adorable! Though I suggest making the dance a Valentine’s Day dance, or at least incorporating that into it in some way (Just thought it would be cute)
